I carry a variety of pendants you can change the bead on. All top quality; I wear these myself.
 You can glue the threaded ball on permanently or Change your bead each day. Use a two part epoxy to permanently glue your pendant shut or, if you are changing the bead a lot, remember to tighten the threads every day.
